Hard Lamination: Sealed Edge or Flush Cut?
Hard lamination is when your printed document is sandwiched between 2 pieces of thick plastic film.
Sealed Edge lamination: The plastic lamination film that extend past the edge of the printed document, to prevent any fluid or dirt from coming into contact with the document.
Flush Cut lamination: The laminated film is trimmed along the edges of the document mostly for aesthetic purposes, but it offers less protection to the edge of the document.
Common uses:
Soft Lamination
A clear thin plastic film with a matte, gloss or velvet finish is applied to your document (on one or 2 sides), not only to preserve it, but also to add value to it, giving it an attractive look.
