Right Click Company’s commitment is to offer high quality, non-defective products, in accordance with industry standards.

We highly recommend you first order for a sample from us for your approval before ordering for a high-volume job.

If you receive a defective product or a product which does not meet your specified requirements, kindly contact us at the provided address. Below are guidelines to help:

Items not eligible for refund or replacement

These are examples of issues which don’t constitute ground for a refund or a reprint:

  • Products delayed in production or shipping due to the customer’s inaccurate information
  • Products delayed in production or shipping due to reason beyond Right Click’s direct control: shipping company delays, natural disasters, public authorities, authority of law, riots, strikes, civil commotions, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or any other circumstances beyond our direct control.
  • When your printed items don’t match the colors you see on your screen. Monitors and screens display colors differently, and in case you need color accuracy we advise you first order for a sample
  • Product that has experienced a color shift during the conversion to CMYK format, for example as a result of having been submitted by the customer in RGB or PMS Pantone colors.
  • Errors contained in the customer’s file or an approved design (in case we provided any design for you), like spelling or grammar mistakes, graphics, damaged fonts, exceeded margins, crop marks and finished product size
  • Product that experiences distorted or pixilated images as a result of the customer providing artwork that is not at a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%) and in CMYK mode.
  • Orders that are canceled after production has started. We provide 2 hours before production to allow for orders cancellation (unless otherwise requested), which should be done through an email to
  • Customer’s errors in the order
  • Customer’s violation of our website’s terms and conditions


You have 7 calendar days to notify us of a defective product/ print job from the date you received it.

If you fail to contact us within that timeframe, we will assume you were satisfied and we will be under no obligation to provide a refund or a replacement/reprint.

To be eligible for a return or a replacement/reprint, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and it should reach us within 15 days from the time the product was delivered.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds or Replacement (Reprint)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within 5 days on the status of your refund/replacement after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, depending on your request and our ability to resolve the issue, we will either make an immediate replacement/reprint or initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If we request for additional information to verify your enquiry or to confirm the approved solution (either a reprint or a replacement/refund) and we don’t receive it within 5 calendar days, we will be under no obligation to provide a refund or a replacement.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
